About the Role
We are looking for a Retail Marketing Assistant to join our team developing and implementing our Retail Marketing Campaigns throughout the area. The Retail Marketing Assistant will receive comprehensive training on all marketing strategies, tailored product messaging, brand management, merchandise displays, how to educate and engage consumers on client’s products, generate sales with customers, and report the results back to the executive management team.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Learn and retail pertinent product knowledge for our brands
Follow retail partners guidelines
Execute campaign setups, maintenance, and breakdowns
Efficiently communicate information to clients and consumers
Requirements:
1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing or customer service experience is preferred
Ability to think on your feet and to problem solve effectively
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to apply constructive feedback
Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment
Must love working with people and be comfortable in a face to face environment
Qualifications:
Must be 18+ to be considered for employment
Have reliable transportation
Competitive spirit and drive
Team player who is assertive, goal-oriented, positive and self-motivated
Associate | Bachelors degree preferred but not required
High School diploma is mandatory
Desire to work in a dynamic, fun, and fast-paced environment
Strong ability to multi-task, including conversing while navigating our in store marketing system simultaneously
Proficiency in using computer applications
High level of integrity
Excellent written and oral communication skills
