Marvin’s goal is for him and his team to be the #1 producing office for our clients throughout the South East. Long-term, he hopes to use his success to help give back to his local community as he grows throughout the region.

Jalmil joined the RME team strictly for the positive work environment and culture. He considers everyone in the office family and is close with everyone inside and outside of the office. He very much enjoys working here, along with building his team!

Diamond's favorite part about RME is her team, office culture, and the weekly team events we take part in. She joined RME to get over her fear of public speaking and to learn how to manage a business

Morgan Hixson

Human Resource Manager

organ was born and raised in Mobile, AL. In 2019, she spent the first few years of her career in marketing. Morgan has dabbled in all areas of our office, from sales to human resources. She currently helps manage all the locations of our organization, as well as handle the paperwork side of the Birmingham location.
