WHAT IS OUR MANAGEMENT TRAINING?
All management starts at entry-level with lessons in marketing, teaching, training, and developing other team members, and mastering the back-end of business operations. From here you make your way up to a brand manager before you even noticed.
In the Representative phase, you will learn how to effectively execute an in-store marketing campaign for one of our Fortune 500 Clients. The Representative is usually the first line of contact for new and existing customers so a big part of the Representative phase is customer service. Once this is learned the Representative will then help manage their own in-store marketing campaign.
The Junior Director responsibilities turn more from in front of the scenes to behind the scenes. The Junior Director will oversee multiple teams, will start their training in payroll, interviews, and learn the banking and budget. The Junior Director will learn how to work with the clients and plan their own expansion goals.
Along with Representative responsibilities, the corporate trainer will start their training building a small team, drive office culture, conduct interviews, and will organize office events. The Corporate Trainer will learn how to work with our clients and will be aware of product and service knowledge.
The Director is responsible for in-store marketing campaigns in the territory. The Director will be responsible for making sure the in-store marketing campaigns represent our clients standards, along with the retail stores standards and along with our standards. With every Director starting from entry level and working their way up we are able to continually deliver the results everyone is looking for year after year.
